AWA prepared this small courtyard space for TNDC and VMWP.  It provides respite to the 70 units of affordable housing in San Francisco tenderloin area.  This small courtyard at the second level opens to the street providing green relief to the urban neighborhood. Vines will "climb" two "green walls" on either side of the courtyard.  Bistro lights extend the outdoor space into the nighttime.

Two curved benches encourage tenant interactions. 

Vines and succulents will cascade over the balcony to provide some greenery at the streetscape.
