Our contemporary design is made up of simple geometric lines and curves.  Curved and straight planters surround the users in a serene space.  These materials function as raised planters for shrubs and grasses on Level 2, creating a usable and interesting open space for the residents while also filtering stormwater runoff.  We have three main function areas.  One, a community gathering space surrounded by trees at grade level.  Two, Rectangular tables, chairs and benches are close by the children's play area.  Three, a playground area of play surfacing of mounds, nestle a climbing and train play structures.  The "train" play structure pays homage to the Iron Horse historic train line nearby.

Street level trees and stormwater planters greet users with a corner entry of metal weathering planters to match the historic industrial heritage.  Lush plants climb the trellis and envelope a mini plaza.
