3050 INTERNATIONAL

The movement and forms used on this project are an abstraction of Native Indigenous sites often found close to rivers or stream banks of the bay area including shell mounds, tilted landforms and other features are further distilled into this design.  Abstracted artistic forms from Indian basketry are also included in the design themes of "weaving" and zigzag basket patterns are incorporated into the concrete pavement on pedestals.   The design intent is to create an open space conducive to the residents of multi-family residence.

Raised flow thru planters are part of the C-3 requirements for stormwater management.  Community garden planters are also provided.

Our team is dedicated to creating sustainable and innovative designs that enhance the natural environment and elevate the human experience.
